Commander Pro USB hub not working; Random disconnect sound; Random disconnect and reconnect of Commander Pro; H100i freakout when reading sensor data with HWInfo64 The issue that is really bothering me is the random disconnect and reconnect of the Commander Pro. During gameplay this results in the entire system hanging for a second. My system Here are the reasons that are mainly responsible for occurring this issue on the RGB fans of a device system; 1. Outdated version of corsair link firmware can prevent the RGB fans to lighten up. If so, you need to update the iCUE version to lighten up the RGB fans again. 2.

Take Fan 1 and put it at the end, move all of them up. 1 bad fan can take down the rest of the chain. So it's like finding a bad bulb in a string of Christmas lights. So what I did was put one in port 1. Then placed each one in port 2 to see if that worked. Nothing worked in port 2.

So you have a bunch of RGB fans but no way of connecting them to your motherboard???? ENTER THE COMMANDER PRO Check out its features and how to install i

I have this same issue. Lighting Node Core that came with QL120's is not recognized when plugged into Commander Pro. Is recognized when plugged direct into mobo (Asus Crosshair VIII X570). I have the spare USB port on the mobo to use, but it bugs me that the onboard ports of the $75 controller don't work as they should. Paging Corsair support

There has been a definite move away from DC fans in the RGB era. You still can fetch the coolant temp data through the Commander/CUE if you keep the 3 radiator fans on the Commander Pro. Use a custom curve, change the sensor choice to H150i XT Temp, and then click the concave shape tool (2nd from left).
I'm having issues with the Commander Pro's RGB channels. One has the fan hub plugged into it, which hosts four LL fans. The other RGB channel has a string of three Corsair RGB light strips connected. But they aren't being detected by iCUE. I upgraded the Commander Pro to the latest firmware and am running the latest version of iCUE software.
