Don't give Evo 8/9 too much credit. DSMs are from a different decade and more comparable to the Evo 1-6. I was in Japan for several years and many servicemembers had previous generation evos which were much more comparable to a GSX than the Evo 8/9 which are vastly improved thanks to technology improvements, much like most cars these days.
