Absolutely not. GT7 is a miserable single player experience because the campaign is painfully linear, featuring only chase the rabbit races against some of the worst AI in racing games and abysmal rewards. IMO the game is only worth it for sport mode online, as everything else is done better by other racing games and even other Gran Turismo This includes a limited-edition SteelBook case (with physical versions only), and is available for pre-order now at retail or Direct from PlayStation.. If you have a good pc you can emulate it, making it run 1080p/ 60 fps. But yes its worth getting a PS2 to play the still best Gran Turismo and one of the best racing games :) I’m trying to figure out how all those YouTube videos on PS2/3 emulators work. I have the game but my PS2/3s have all died over the years.

I ended up buying 7 a few days ago. It's a truly gorgeous game, the level of detail with the cars is nearly worth the price alone (especially when on sale).
Its absolutely not worth it. Unless you want to spent 60 bucks on a livery simulator. •. The AI is terrible so much that you'll get bored. The game uses a rolling start so that you have to catch up to first place. The AI also cheats. The muliplayer penalty system will cause you to give up.
Ehh the game's good but not really worth the price they're asking. It's GT Sport with a couple of tracks added and way more grinding involved. If you want to play Gran Turismo online this is your only option as either Sport's servers are shut down or players have abandoned it, either way you cannot get into a daily race anymore on that one.
