Palanai Postcard 1 is a collectable in Dead Island: Riptide, and one of the 15 Postcards from visitors who have travelled to Palanai Island. It is required to gain the achievement The Hoarder. Inside the fast travel building in Paradise Survival Camp in the Flooded jungle, likely available after completing the main quest Back to Reality. lucent Oct 29, 2015 @ 9:59pm. The boat is a pain, the noise attracks everything. Easier to walk the rivers and find safer paths to travel. Those zombies floating in the river won't bother you, if you're just walking in the water. You notice how fast they are, because they are made to attack the boat.
Zombies respawning just TOO fast. It sometimes feel unrewarding cleaning up an area, just so I walk a few steps forward and then I remember I could look a bit more in a corner and find out all zombies literally respawned in less than a minute. There is absolutely no need to make a respawn that fast, or at least, make the respawn happens during Sam B - Skill Tree. - In dead island Riptide: Logand received some nerfs and become balanced. DONT PLAY MELEE WITH LOGAN. Really, just use throwing weapons, if you want to play melee go with another character. You will get nearly immortal and 60% bonus dmg.
Riptide is just a continuation on the story told in Dead Island, with new features (weapons, skills, a new vehicle, a new character). If you get Riptide without having played Dead Island, a lot of what happened is explained to you. However, the overall story is not "all that". But, don't get me wrong, I think Riptide is alright.

Find and kill all named champion monsters located in dead zones There are a total of 13 champion monsters in Dead Island Riptide. They are all hidden in small side areas, the โdead zonesโ. The first six can be found in the Flooded Jungle and the remaining seven in Henderson. The entrances to these side areas are marked on the world map.
